We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join our team!

Serving modern British cuisine, utilising often overlooked British produce in the relaxed and informal surroundings of The Shoreditch Town Hall, The Clove Club is considered to be one of the most progressive & forward-thinking restaurants in the UK at the moment.

You will have the opportunity to work with our Executive Chef/Owner, Isaac McHale, who has led our brigade for the last 5 1/2 years to international acclaim, and created a team overseen by Head Chef, Oli Williamson (Benu, Midsummer House). Together, they are looking to take our restaurant as far as possible, with a skilled, creative and passionate team by their side.

You will responsible for the day to day running of the pastry section, working closely with Isaac and Oli on a daily basis.

You will be expected to produce interesting and beautiful desserts that fit with our style of food, and manage a team of pastry chefs, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained, whilst training your team.
